Elana Feldman

Elana Feldman's research focuses on how the temporal and relational elements of organizations shape people’s experiences, work and personal development. Feldman teaches organizational behavior at the undergraduate level. Prior to her academic career, Feldman worked as a consultant and market analyst in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries as well as in the areas of talent management and leadership.
